MSU Holiday Madrigal Dinner
The MSU Chamber Singers welcomes the Holiday Season with their Annual Madrigal Dinner, Friday and Saturday evening, Dec. 4-5, 6:30 pm in the Lobby of Ordway Hall. Come join the Duke and Duchess of Windsor as they welcome the Lordes and Ladyes of the Realm for an evening of feasting, revelry and music. $25.00 advanced reserved seating is available in the Music Department Office, 504 Fine Arts.
The Santa Project
Please help the Women's Center help a needy child. We are taking donations of items or money for grades Preschool through 12th. Please bring all donations to the Women's Center by December 10th.
Theatre Production
The MSU Theatre Departments presents "A Flea In Her Ear" written by Georges Feydeau, Translated by John Mortimer. Set in the early 1900s, Raymonde suspects her husband, Victor Emmanuel of infidelity. It will be held in Robert E. Johnson Theatre starting November 19-21 at 7:30pm and November 22 at 2:30pm. Call the Main office for tickets 809-4421. Left at the Altar
Franz Wisner was left at the altar, took his brother on his honeymoon, managed to stretch it into a 2-year travel adventure, and wrote a book about it. Friday, November 20th, 6:00 p.m., Curris Center Theatre. First 50 get a free book!
Distinguished Mentor Nominations DUE
The Office of the Provost, in conjunction with the Office of Undergraduate Research and Scholarly Activity, is accepting nominations for the University Distinguished Mentor Award. Guidelines addressing eligibility requirements, the nomination process, and the award timeline may be obtained online. The recipient will receive a $1000 stipend and recognition at annual university events including the Faculty Banquet, Scholars Week, and Commencement. Nominations are being accepted from students, faculty, staff, and alumni until December 1, 2009.

We are holding a raffle to win a stay in Gulf Shores for any 5 available nights between Spring Break and May 15th. The condo sleeps 6 and overlooks the gulf. The Finance and Economics Society will be selling tickets in the Business Building or Curris Center.
